Yay! I have finished month 2 in my Lose the Fat Keep the Fab journey – my 52 weeks to wellness – and I am here to share those fabulous numbers.
First of all, I apologize for any delay in bringing these stats to you. Changing the way I compress my YouTube videos ( see Compression Issues video ) really altered the amount of time it takes to upload a video to YouTube. For now I am dealing with it as best I can; as I am dedicated to bringing my viewers the best quality videos I can with the equipment I have.
Now, let’s get to those numbers!
To view San’s Month 2 Done Weigh In at YouTube you may click this link . No worries if you don’t wish to click; here is the breakdown for you:
The Month 2 Done Breakdown:
Starting Weight: 293.6
Current Weight: 277.6
Starting Inches: 378
Current Inches: 352.75
Total Weight Lost: 16 lbs.
Total Inches Lost: 25. 25 inches
Okay, wow. I’ve lost 16 lbs. in two months – which is exactly what my goal is; 2 pounds per week for a total of 104 pounds gone in one year.
I’ve also lost a total of 25 ¼ inches from all over…me. Yay!
I struggled quite a bit this 2nd month and was more than unhappy with myself for most of it. I am working on staying on track now and am dedicated to losing the fat and keeping the fab. However, I am a real girl, in a real world, working on getting healthy. And yes, life sometimes gets in the way.
For a look at where I was at last month you may view the video: One Month Done – How Many Inches and Pounds DOWN? And if you YouTube (it’s a choice, for sure) then you may go here to subscribe to my channel directly and get all the LFKF updates you could possibly want (and more, yikes!).
Okay, on to month 3 with renewed excitement for my weight loss quest. I do hope you are enjoying the ride as much as I am having a blast bringing it to you.
