You have the option of managing your images in Mambo and this tutorial is going to show you how. This tutorial will show you how to delete images from Mambo, view images in Mambo, and edit images in Mambo. To get started with this Mambo image tutorial, you will need to login to the admin panel of Mambo.
Opening Your Media Manager in Mambo
Now you will need to open your Media Manager in Mambo. In your Site Menu, you will need to look for the Media Manager link and click it. Once you click it, the page will reload and you will be on the Media Manager page. This is where you will manage all of your images.
Viewing Your Images in Mambo
On the Media Manager page, you can view the images that are on your Mambo site. To get a larger view of the images, you can click the thumbnail. You can view the different directories by opening the folder box at the top of the Media Manager and selecting a new folder. You can then browse through that directory.
Editing Images in Mambo
You can also edit images you have already added to your Mambo site. To do this, you will need to find the image in your Media Manager section that you want to edit. Then you can edit the image by clicking the Pencil icon below the image you want to edit. When the information opens, edit what you need to and then save it.
Deleting Images from Mambo
You also have the option of deleting images from Mambo. Deleting the images you know longer want on Mambo will give you more space. To delete an image, locate the image in the Media Manager. Then click the Trash Can icon below the image. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the image and it will be deleted.
