Weight: 175# again, back on the home scale! Now what am I supposed to think?
Silhouette: What’s in a silhouette? Too much.
Attitude: Very sick of hamburgers!
Breakfast Working at Annie’s this AM. And she made us eggs and toast. I had two of each. Seemed just right.
Lunch: Before Josh and I left town, we went to Culver’s with Noah. Three guys and three snack pack burgers. I had the mushroom/swiss butter burger snack pack (fries and pink lemonade included). On the drive home I ate some green grapes (gotta love ’em), and a nut bar.
Dinner: Before dinner I ate a red plum and another nut bar. You probably wouldn’t believe this if you weren’t reading it on the internet, but this evening, after Kiki and I drove around town to check out the storm damage, she wanted to go to…Culvers! So yes, I had my fourth burger in five meals. But still no bacon; I hope you bacon harassers will get over your anti-bacon obsession by now!
Challenges: I’m telling you; it’s the accountability that makes all the difference in this diet plan. Every time I’m tempted to eat a massive clod of illnutritious calories I think about typing it into this report. That makes it much easier to control myself. Thanks to BOTH of my regular readers!
Thoughts: It seems that driving leads me to think of all the things I want to write about. I get (great!) ideas and make a quick note. Now I just need to set the laptop up on the steering wheel and get busy (What? It’s not like I’d be texting, Oprah!).
So tonight I did get one fun article published. Something I actually wrote seven years ago, but redid a little bit. Maybe it will become a series based on my favorite beloved principles of physics.
