Have you been, in one point of time, been impatient about those unwanted hairs growing yesterday, plucked or shaved today, and growing back again tomorrow? I have been grossly bothered by this, in fact, countless times. How I wish I could slow down the time when they would re-grow, or even minimize hair growth of those unwanted hair. I know I have to do something. I know I can do something.
Okay, there are so many remedies to minimize hair growth to start with. I will go for laser hair removal; this could even permanently stop unwanted hair from growing back. But wait, I’m not ready to spend bunch of bucks just to get rid of these unwanted hair; I’m not that desperate yet. I don’t even have time to attend to regular therapies for this laser process. Above all, I’m not physically and emotionally ready for the pain, side effect, or any harm this laser thing would bring me. Maybe I have to go for electrolysis. Oh, I almost forgot, the fact that it gives a similar effect as to that of laser hair removal, I know I have to let go of this option too.
Personally, I prefer simpler and more natural ways to minimize hair growth. I know there are many ways I can do it naturally. Maybe I would try threading. I could do this by myself at home, or I can go to a salon to help me with the process. Using a cotton thread, hair will be pulled from its root. Unlike shaving which can cause darker and thicker hair re-grow, threading stimulates growth of finer and thinner hair. With regular threading, minimized hair growth will become noticeable in time. Much easier process I might try is the use of hair growth inhibitor in the form of lotions. This can be bought over-the-counter and all I have to do is to apply it to affected areas. After few weeks, lighter and finer hair than usual should be noticeable. Kalo, a herbal supplement in both pill and liquid form, is also said to minimize hair growth. This can be bought in natural and herbal food stores.
I do hope I find the perfect remedy that would fit me and my unwanted hair in time. Meantime, I’ll start trying these simple, natural ways to minimize my hair growth so I don’t have to lose my patience seeing those unwanted hair grow back too soon again.
