Mission Community Market is an outdoor marketplace takes place every Thursday from 4pm – 8pm at 22nd and Bartlett Streets. The marketplace usually offers farmer’s produce, local business products and youth and arts programming. Come out, store up on food and holiday gifts, and see local talent like Kamp Camille, Jimbo Trout and Cage Free Players. Mission Beacon also has art activities and a youth dance space.
Through December 16, 2010, the marketplace will be holding Holiday Nights, Warm Lights. This is a great opportunity to stock up on artisan gifts for the holiday season. Applications for non-food sales are still being taken at this website, https://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?hl=en&formkey=dHpadGEzZUhKaV9ZY2xmRkJLYlVkOEE6MQ#gid=0.
