Today, October 4, 2010 begins a new chapter in my life — for the rest of my life. My 52 weeks to wellness — which I am documenting with YouTube videos and articles through Associated Content and Triond.
I plan to offer more to my readers (and video viewers) than mere updates. This journey will be about my day to day struggles; but I also plan to share my health and wellness and weight loss knowledge within my videos and articles too.

I have so many things planned for this 52 weeks to wellness journey and I would love to have you join me. I will only be weighing in once a month on camera but rest assured there will be plenty of other informative health and wellness articles and videos to hold your attention.
The bottom line about my 1st day weigh in:
My weight: 293.6 lbs.
My inches (total): 378 inches
My emotion? Real.
