This knitting pattern for a sweater is really cute and has an easy skill level so anyone should be able to complete it. The sweater has a cute color block in the middle of it that you can add another color to the sweater. The directions are very detailed and should be pretty easy to follow. One thing to note is that the yarn that is suggested is discontinued so you will have to use some of your favorite yarn to make the pattern.
Free Boy’s Sweater Knitting Pattern #2- Rough and Ready Raglan Sweater
You use four different colors of yarn to complete this knitting pattern so your color pattern can be really vibrant. It is an easy skill level and with the amount of stripes you can easily hide mistakes if you are a beginning knitter. This will be a really colorful sweater that your child will love wearing.
Free Boy’s Sweater Knitting Pattern #3- Steggie Dinosaur Sweater
If your little one is a dinosaur lover he will really love this cute dinosaur sweater. The directions for making this sweater are very detailed and should be easy to follow, but I think you will need to be an experienced knitter to pull this knitting pattern off. I know I won’t be trying it for a few years! You could even make this with your child’s favorite colors so it is even more personal for them.
Free Boy’s Sweater Knitting Pattern #4- Very Easy Blue Sweater
I’m including this pattern because it looks really easy and I think even I can complete it. The directions are very detailed and there is a great picture for you to see the solid color sweater when it is complete. There are even directions for a matching hat you can make to go with the sweater.
Free Boy’s Sweater Knitting Pattern #5- Tucson Sunset Pullover
This is for a really cute striped sweater that has colors that you might see in a sunset. You could always change the colors though. The directions are very thorough and there are three great pictures for you to see what the striped sweater will look like when you are finished with it.
