Are you Mission District residents looking for a way to entertain yourself without spending a ton of cash? On Saturday, Sept. 25, a movie will be screened in the local Dolores Park at 8 p.m.
This year, the movie will be “The Big Lebowski,” written and directed by Joel and Ethan Coen. The film is to be projected onto a giant screen in the middle of the park. Visitors should arrive early in order to lay out their belongings and to get a great seat. Lawn chairs should not be taken along as they hinder the view of other guests.
Of course, the screening is free to everyone. Come early to get a spot and don’t forget to bring a jacket and blankets!
