I’ve been writing on Associated content for three and a half years. I don’t heave much to show for it, only a little over 200 articles. Some people have thousands! I must admit I’m jealous. And lazy. I haven’t even been working for the past year, yet I have only written about a hundred or so articles(not here, at other sites). I would like to use the excuse that I was blind, but I was only legally blind, I could still see well enough to write to some degree. I just have to say that mostly I was lazy this year, and be done with it.
But next year I have plans to increase my online income by at least 100 percent. I had already planned to increase my Associated Content income by that much, and I’m well on my way the past couple of weeks. I’m doing more commenting, link building, and other promotional activities, so I can assure myself that my goals are easily reachable.
I would like to make my goals more specific, such as a specific number of articles, but I don’t want to do that, and then beat myself up over not writing 5 articles in one day or whatnot. So I made an easy goal to reach, which is to get my residual income (from AC) up to $80 a month, which should be easily doable. This way, I can write at my leisure, and just spend more time on promotional activities if I don’t (or can’t) come up with an article topic to write about on any particular day.
I know this article is somewhat of a ramble, but that’s ok, I’m feeling a bit lazy today, and most days it’s easiest just to do what you feel like at the momentJ Plus, I already wrote and submitted two articles earlier, and I won’t feel bad that I didn’t have an outline, or any real focus for this article.
Anyway, wish me luck, and feel free to comment with YOUR goals for next year. Thanks, readers and fellow writers.
