Drinking about 64 ounces of water per day will help in avoiding an outbreak. The water flushes out your body of toxins, therefore flushing out what may be causing the skin condition from starting in the first place. Drinking ample water each day is also helpful in keeping your skin from drying out and possibly keeping the condition at bay.
