The company has yet to update the situation on its Facebook page-which is a great place for responsible companies to update customers on technical problems. Otherwise customers can become frustrated attempting to login to Netflix numerous times. They may even take to the internet to write articles about their frustrations, while they wait for news from Netflix. Some customers will even begin to wonder why they continue to use the outdated service when there are increasingly more options out there.
Netflix stockholders are positively ecstatic today as shares have climbed 13 percent since the releasing reports of third quarter growth. The stock has climbed to $172.79 a share.
