You are less likely to want to snack with freshly cleaned teeth or likely to like the taste of food with the mixture of mint toothpaste. Not only will you be promoting health dental care you will also curb your desire to snack.
Purge your home of all types of fatting snacks. If they are not around you can’t binge snack. This does not mean you cannot enjoy a sweet snack it just means you need to alter the way you eat. For example bake your cakes instead of purchasing them. This way you can make health substitutions such as eliminate the use of a full egg for egg whites, read the healthy alternatives on the boxes prior to baking and use them. 9 out of 10 times you will not be able to tell the difference once the cake is baked. Opt for powdered sugar instead of sickening sweet icing.
When you’re feeling a bit of a weight gain don’t opt for those comfy clothes, squeeze yourself into your regular clothes prior to eating. This will help you to remember not to binge while you’re eating. Don’t overdo it and try to fit into a pair of jeans you haven’t fit into for the last four years.
And lastly, laugh! When you laugh you work the abdominal muscles. So live a happy and healthy lifestyle and these small easy tips will have you working towards you weight loss goals in no time.
