Mission Cheese is coming to the Mission and bringing with it a cutting board full of cheesy goodness… and beer. Sarah Dvorak is the mind behind Mission Cheese, cross between a cheese restaurant and a bar. American artisan cheeses are the focus on the beer and wine are meant to be a complement.
Dvorak is obsessed with cheese, to put it mildly. On her blog, she charts her course all over the country as she meets and greets other cheese lovers and cheese makers.
Mission Cheese is slated to open in March of 2011. She has commandeered a new building in the Mission and expects to have 30 seats indoors and out.
