The Moss Room’s new chef Michael Morrison is making his presence known with an all-new menu. With a California cuisine fused with Asian flavors, you can expect anything and everything from sashimi to rack of lamb and a wide range of local wines to pair with them.
In October, Chef Morrison and Chef Loretta Keller are offering a special prix-fixe Sunday dinner featuring a Tuscan pork loin served with cannellini beans and herbs, an heirloom tomato salad, lemon verbena panna cotta and cinnamon puff all for $40.
