“My life is worthless”, I said.
He answered, “You’re the reason Calvary flows red with my Son’s blood.”
“I fail most anything”, I cried.
He said, “You haven’t failed if even you have only tried.”
So I said, “But, Lord, I’m such a mess.”
To which He replied, “You’re the one I long to bless.”
I hung my head in shame. My tears fell down like rain.
He caught each one in His great hand. He said, “My child, one day you’ll understand.”
“But I wish my life would end today”, said I.
He said, “That’s why I sent my Son to die for you.”
I said, “I don’t know what to do or where to go.”
He said, “I’ll lead, child. You just follow.”
I said, “It’s failing you that I am so afraid of.”
He smiled and then He said, “There’s no such thing in love.”
