Pace Mexican Four Cheese Salsa Con Queso stood out to me because of its incredibly silky smooth texture that reminded me of Velveeta cheese. This Con Queso recipe is made with four kinds of cheeses: Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Asadero and Queso Blanco.
I tried the medium level of spiciness for my review of the Con Queso dip, one of the best nacho cheese products. It pairs nicely with Kettle Tias! Chips or plain tortilla chips.
Although some people microwave the jar, the directions specifically say not to. People are supposed to empty the contents of the Con Queso into a microwavable bowl. I personally prefer to heat Pace, as well as homemade nacho cheese reipes, on the stove. But I have to warn, this particular brand’s nacho cheese recipe does not like to be overheated. Make sure to stir constantly with a wood spoon, and don’t overheat. I found the product became gluey and distasteful if kept on the stove too long.

I personally love hot nachos with tortilla chips and a good skinny Margarita. Although I don’t usually recommend eating a product like this cold, I actually liked the cheese dip cold. Pace came up with the best nacho cheese recipe by combining so many different kinds of Mexican cheeses.
I had my sons both taste test the hot Pace Mexican Four Cheese Con Queso product. They both gave Pace Con Queso a 4.5 out of 5 stars. My young son liked the fact that it was not quite as chunky as other brands so he had fewer pieces of peppers to remove!
