Eating and pooping. Two of the biggest challenges of being a parent are feeding your children right and getting them out of diapers. The Mountain View Center of Palo Alto Medical Foundation is covering both these topics in their upcoming Dr. Marvin Small Memorial Parent Workshop Series.
On November 2, they will hold the workshop, “Healthy Family Meals,” to help parents make smart nutritional choices for their children’s (and their) meals. It is open to parents of children of all ages. On November 9, they will present “Bye-bye Diapers,” a workshop for parents of preschoolers who are interested in potty training tips.
Both workshops are free and will go from 7pm until 8:30pm. They will be located at the Mountain View Center at 701 E. El Camino Real. To reserve your seat, contact the Center at (650) 934-7380.
