1 18 ounce jar of plain or chunky peanut butter
2 cups whole wheat flour
½ cup sweetener such as Truvia
½ cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. molasses
¾ cup milk or evaporated milk
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
MIX whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, sweetener and salt together until thoroughly mixed
CUT with pastry blender peanut butter and brown sugar into whole wheat flour mixture until dough is evenly blended ending up with pea sized granules.
MIX egg, milk and molasses together until thoroughly mixed
ADD egg mixture and distribute evenly through dough.
FORM small dough balls with your fingers and place dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press down flat and use fork to make imprints on each cookie.
BAKE in 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until cookies are slightly brown.
