Prevention is better than cure. We should assume that everyone is familiar with this ancient old saying. However reality seems to be different.
Often people do not think about prevention but rather source for the cure once the damage is done. Let’s link this to an example.
If we had a guaranteed cure for cancer, do you think that people will come to the clinic and get their injection? The answer is simple, yes people would and would even encourage others to do the same.
Now if we have a guaranteed prevention method for cancer; do you think that the same numbers would flock to the same clinic? Most probably not.
Because the reality is that it is easy to prevent cancer. Science knows enough about certain types of cancer that we can surely say that cancer can be prevented for a certain percentage, unless a certain prevention pattern is followed.
The best prevention for any illness or sickness is nutrition. Nutrition brings the building blocks to the body, it requires for building a healthy strong body.
Nutrition for the cells not just for the stomach. Healthy nutrition which feeds the cells of the body, well fed cells, will live longer, will be more healthy and vibrant and above all; will duplicate into two healthy cells.
Healthy cell regeneration is the most important prevention method to avoid damage to the body tissues. Only healthy cell regeneration can happen when the original cell is healthy. Healthy cells come from healthy nutrition.
Unhealthy elements to our body come through what we eat and drink. The best prevention we can give to our bodies is to be careful about what we eat and drink. Sourcing rich, nutritious rich foods, full of vitamins, minerals, proteins is not difficult. We should be better trained to make the right choices. Most parents do not know, most high school teachers do not know how to provide information.
It is up to us to educate ourselves. Educate ourselves to make sure that prevention of illness and disease can be obtained. Prevention is less complicated then assumed. Reading some books and articles will help to make the right choices. Implementing the knowledge everyday, starting at breakfast will bring back a healthy regime.
Prevention starts with the willingness to change to a healthy active lifestyle. Healthy as in eating the right stuff, active as in doing the right stuff. Eating and doing are the two elements which will keep the body fit and energetic.
