This is a quick and easy recipe that will surely please a crowd. Simply tear the bread into bite size pieces, mix the ingredients for the dip, and serve. For an extra special presentation, use a round loaf of Pumpernickel bread, scoop out the center (it will look like a bread bowl), and fill the “bowl” with the dip. Serve on a large tray with the pieces that were taken from the center around the bowl.
1 loaf of Pumpernickel, round or traditional
1 16 ounce sour cream
2 cups mayo
2 tablespoons dill
3 tablespoons Beau Monde
Mix ingredients and serve with the bread.
