Making tiny changes will help improve your chances of combating your acne. Change your pillowcase once a week. That is where all your oil from your hair and skin end up. Switch pillows out often as well.
If you use oil treatments on your hair be careful not to get them on your face. Keep your hair pulled back so the strands will not cling to your face.
Clean your cell phone, home phone, etc. Basically anything that might come into contact with your face on a regular basis should be sterilized frequently.
