There are some dangers involved in rapid fat lost. You could potentially starve yourself. You could end up flooding your system with toxins by burning too much of your fat all at once. But if you do it right, you should be able to avoid all that, and even have some major benefits to boot. You just need to change what you take in, make it a part of a whole lifestyle change, and increase your water intake.
Change What You Take In
There are a couple of very good things you could do to induce a safe and yet rapid fat loss. However, I have come to the conclusion through trial and error that the following changes would make the most difference and be the least difficult. You should lower your processed carbs intake. This is the most important. Almost everyone in Western society eats way too much processed carbohydrates. You also need to increase your protein a bit to make up for the lowered carbohydrate intake. This will prevent you from starving yourself.
Make It Part Of A Lifestyle Change
Rapid fat loss is great in and of itself. But if you don’t change your habits around eating and exercise, you’ll probably gain it all back rather rapidly as well. However, if you work on making a lower processed carb, and higher protein diet a habit, you’re going to be more likely to stick with it. This is because the fast results mean far more positive feedback, which means more momentum gain, which means that by the time you lose your initiative, you’re very likely to have turned it into an unbreakable habit.
Make water a priority. Drinking enough water in the US is rather rare. There are two important things that water does that help with rapid fat loss. First, water is the vehicle through which the fat leaves the system. That means that without water, that fat isn’t going anywhere. Second, more water helps the liver burn stored fat. This is because without enough water in the system, the liver has to help the kidneys filter waste, which is a priority over burning stored fat.
Rapid fat loss isn’t dangerous when done correctly. So make sure that you use it as an excuse to change your habits. Change what you take in. Make it a part of your lifestyle. And drink plenty of water. So just get out there and lose yourself some fat.
