Two products have been recalled. One is the Oatmeal Raisin Cookies and “Chocolate Chunk Cookies made by Dough Masters. You would have found them at 7-Eleven stores in Michigan and Ohio.
The products comes in 3-ounce, clear plastic packages and are labeled as a “7-eleven Fresh to Go.” The product is also sold as bulk cookies at 7-eleven retail stores.
There has been one illness that has been reported to date with this problem.
The recall started after the cookies were found to have walnuts in them but the label didn’t disclose that there were walnuts. There is a serious threat to those who are allergic to walnuts!
Consumers who have purchased these Oatmeal Raisin Cookies and Chocolate Chunk Cookies are told to return them where you purchased them for a full refund.
There is a voluntary recall of all Tribravus Enterprises, LLC d/b/a/ iForce Nutrition, LLC, of the company’s dietary supplement product sold under the name Reversitol. “iForce Nutrition is conducting this recall after being informed by representatives of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that it is FDA’s opinion that 6-Etioallochol-1,4-Diene-3,17-Dione does not meet the definition of a dietary ingredient and therefore the product is in violation of provisions of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.”
The company does not agree with the FDA but is complying and has stopped selling the product. The recall does not include iForce Nutrition’s Reversitol V2.
“FDA has requested that iForce Nutrition inform consumers that adverse events associated with the use of aromatase inhibitors could include the following: decreased rate of bone maturation and growth, decreased sperm production, infertility, aggressive behavior, adrenal insufficiency, kidney failure, and liver dysfunction. Consumers with liver, kidney, adrenal, or prostate abnormalities are at higher risk for developing adverse events. iForce Nutrition has not received any adverse event reports nor are they aware of any adverse events associated with the use of these products.”
Reversitol is sold all over the country. If you have this product, you are asked to stop using it and see a doctor immediately. Return any unused portion to the store in which you bought the capsules.
