Peanut butter and chocolate are almost everyone’s favorite combination. With this super easy recipe, you’ll have a family favorite in no time without any fuss. This recipe can be made in under 10 minute and then allowed to cool (if you can keep them away from your family and friends).
For Reese’s No bake Bars, you will need:
1 1/2 cups Graham Crackers (crumbled)
3 cups of Powder Sugar (confectioners sugar)
1 1/2 cups of Peanut Butter
1 cup (2 sticks) of Butter (melted but not to hot)
1 bag (12 oz) Milk Chocolate Chocolate Chips
In a large bowl, mix together the graham crackers, sugar and peanut butter. When those are mixed well, slowly stir in melted butter. Mixture should appear crust like and kind of sticky.
Next prepare a 9X13 pan with non stick or coat with a thin coating of butter.
Then press in the peanut butter mixture. You want to evenly spread and pack this into the pan. When you have pressed the mixture into the pan, it’s time to make the chocolate layer.
When making the chocolate layer, you can melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or a double boiler on the stove. Be very careful to stir occasionally until the chips are melted. Do not over heat the chocolate, as this will dry it out.
After the chocolate is melted, spread over the peanut butter mixture. Evenly spread the chocolate until everything is covered.
Set the bar into your refrigerator and let cool. Once the bars are cooled, cut and enjoy. The chocolate can be hard to cut, you may need to run a knife under hot water and then cut the bars.
As always, enjoy!
