The way people think in all religions are completely different and people of all religions, and all walks of faith is spirituality cannot seem to tolerate each other. People prefer to be in their own little spaces and corners, and in their own spaces, and groups. Even does that don’t have faith, and claim to be atheistic have their own beliefs. The theists who are generally speaking God-believers are summed up into monotheism. The many faiths of countless of people are believing in something greater and bigger than themselves. The word “Lord” is used in Hinduism, Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. So, whenever someone calls upon the “Lord” they are calling on whatever belief they are calling. Beliefs, and, beliefs about beliefs, are powerful in and of themselves. Beliefs about nearly anything is possible. But, how strong would someone stand up for that belief? How much pain, suffering, and even death are they willing to endure to stand firm in their belief? The only people I can think of that dealt with so many hardships are the Jewish people from the tribes of Jacob, and Israel. Ever since the medieval times and up to the present times have these people come into grip with suffering. Through the belief in God can they truly endure and receive their crown. So, how can these groups of people can ever be reconciled with God? If they come to believe in Yeshua, and not abandon the commandments God sent forth on mount Sinai, and in this way they can be truly pure in their faith. For, what is the point in believing in God and not doing what He says?
People’s faiths become idle, and they forget what they previously held so dear to them. Faith is believing in something of the unseen. Our beliefs are tied to our actions, so much that they can be said to be one. When our beliefs are going contrary to our actions then we are not living up to our faith. But, why would someone believe something that will harm them, or even suffer.? I think it is for reaching the crown of life and receiving what God started in the beginning when He made and formed the cosmos. What a person believes is what he/she thinks is true. For the moment, people do not know with absolute certainty what is true. Truth belongs to God , and He has given His Word in the form of the Teachings and instructions(Torah), through the prophets, and the Messiah who is the living Word, and Torah.
