Like many local neighborhoods in the San Francisco area, the DogPatch Neighborhood Association (DPNA) works to promote local business owners. One way to do this is by facilitating grants. Recently, efforts to address problems in the Dog Patch commercial corridor paid off.
The Third Street Corridor Project (TSCP) is part of the Renaissance Bayview project. The DPNA is currently seeking applicants to be the TSCP Manager. More information can be found by becoming an online member of the DPNA. In addition to providing solutions to local business owners, the DPNA recently fulfilled a request of the residents to design and distribute products promoting the association.
Proceeds from sales of the men’s, kid’s, and women’s t-shirts will benefit DPNA Projects in the area. Also available for purchase are aprons, baseball caps, grocery bags, and buttons. All items are between $1 and $15 and make wonderful holiday gifts for neighbors.
