You can create your own contacts in RoundCube Webmail. Creating contacts will save you time when it comes to typing in email addresses to send emails. In this guide, I will walk you through the steps of creating contacts in RoundCube for your address book. Login to your email and we will get started.
Opening Your Address Book in RoundCube Webmail
After you login to your account, you will need to open your address book. At the top of your inbox, you will see the Address Book button. Click that button and your address book will load.

Next, you will need to open your New Contact box to start creating your new contact. At the top of your address book, find the envelope icon with the plus sign. If you place your mouse over it, it will say Create New Contact Card. Once you find the icon, click it.

You are now ready to create your first contact in RoundCube webmail. On this page, you will need to enter a nickname, first name, last name, and the email address of the contact you are creating. The only field that is required is the email address. All of the other fields are optional. Once you have filled in the information for the new contact, click the Save button at the bottom of the fields and your contact will be added to your address book. You will also see the contact in the panel on the left.
You can create more contacts for your address book by clicking the New Card icon at the top of your window and repeating the steps above. It only takes a second to create a contact. This webmail is not like most webmails. In most of them, there are 20 or more fields that can be filled in to create the contact. This one is very simple.
