It may be three more weeks until Thanksgiving, but holiday markets and pop up gift shops are opening up all around Brooklyn, and Brooklyn Heights just got one courtesy of Sahadi’s on Atlantic Avenue (in the spot where Ben and Jerry’s used to be, says Brooklyn Heights Blog).
The Sahadi’s shop had its Grand Opening on November 2nd and appears to provide musical accompaniment outside the front door in the form of a shop employee playing a lyre. We think that’s a lyre anyways, though we have to admit we are not entirely sure what a lyre is. Does seem quite festive however.
We could find no information about hours or duration of the market but assume it will be open until Christmas Eve during the same hours as Sahadis’ main market.
Check out the photos on Brooklyn Heights Blog here, and Sahadi’s website here for more information.
