On October 26, a sex crime was reported in the 1,400 block of 7th Ave. Although case number 10299336 was provided by CrimeMapping.com, details of the report are still not listed online. It was determined that this was not indecent exposure but in fact a sexual assault. Otherwise, Parnassus is not suffering in the same way as nearby neighborhoods. The week of October 21 – 26 reveals only a couple of vehicle break-ins along the 1000 block of Ashbury St.
