In this tutorial, you will learn how to manage the administrators you have created in SiteFrame. This tutorial will show you how to find the admins, view them, email them, edit them, and delete them. You will learn all you need to know about managing the admins you have added to your SiteFrame site.
Viewing Your Site Admins in SiteFrame
We will begin with viewing your site admins. On the left side of your page, you will need to click the Website Home link. The page will refresh and you will see more options in your left panel. Look for the List Users link and click it. You will now see your site users and admins on the right side of the page. To view an admin, you will need to click the name of the admin. The page will reload and you will see the information on that admin.
Editing Your Site Admins in SiteFrame
If you need to edit information on a site admin, you will need to click the site admin’s name in the users list. On the next page, you will need to look at the bottom of the box and click the Edit link. When the section loads, edit what you need to about the admin and save it.
Deleting Admins from SiteFrame
If you have admins you no longer want on your site, you can delete them. Open the users list and click the admin you want to delete. On the following page, find the Delete link at the bottom of the admin box. Click the Delete link and confirm it. The admin will then be removed and will no longer have access to your site as an admin.
Email Site Admins in SiteFrame
You can email a site admin from the users list. In the users list you can click the admin’s name. On the following page, you can click the Email link at the bottom of the box. Then you can proceed to email the site admin.
