Consume Less Fat
Avoid bad fats like trans fats, which can greatly increase the risk of breast cancer and the size of your waste. Instead, opt for Omega-3 Fatty Acids that are found in fish, like mackerel, tuna, salmon and sardines. Other good fats, like monounsaturated fats, can be found in olive oil, nuts and seeds.
