Yes, it’s true that one of the most popular Real Housewives of New Jersey might not be returning for Season 3. It has been reported that Teresa Giudice is furious at Bravo TV for making her a promise they didn’t keep.
Giudice signed a contract with the Bravo TV network (which airs RHWNJ), for which they would collect 10% of her book sales revenue, if they were to allow her to talk about her book “The Skinny Italian” on the show, She had also prepared several recipe’s from the book while filming, which never made it to air. In fact, during the filming of RHWNJ Season 2, her book was never mentioned.
The book itself was mentioned only one time during the reunion show which aired on Monday, August 30th, and Monday August 6th. In fact, the only mention of it was when Andy Cohen, the host of the reunion show congratulated her on having the #1 best selling book of all the Housewives.
Even though Giudice is still in $11 million dollars worth of debt, she is seriously considering “throwing in the towel” as she stated on the reunion show over an unrelated topic. Both Teresa and her husband had made some bad real estate deals which landed them in such massive debt. As early as last week, Giudice and her husband were accused of hiding assets and not including her book in their list of earnings just before they filed for bankruptcy a few months ago.
It’s also being reported that Giudice’s own sister-in-law Melissa Gorga, might be her replacement in the outspoken mix for Season 3. Teresa doesn’t get along with her sister-in-law which is why Bravo is wooing her as a possible replacement.
