iPad styluses are in high demand and if you’re looking for a capacitive touchscreen stylus for your iPad, you’ll have a wide variety of iPad styluses to choose from – it’s just too bad that they all suck. Following are the best iPad styluses and why they all suck.
Pogo Sketch Stylus
The Pogo Sketch stylus is the “go to” iPad stylus and is so popular, in fact, that its actually sold in Apple stores alongside the Apple iPad. The Pogo Sketch is probably the best iPad stylus that you can buy, but that doesn’t mean that it’s exempt from having quite a few sucky features. My biggest gripe with the Pogo Sketch iPad stylus is its soft and unstable tip that stifles precision and wears down after lots of use. The soft tip of the Pogo Sketch stylus feels like a Styrofoam Q-tip and after using my Pogo Sketch stylus for a few months, the thing was worn down to the nub.
ICooly iPad Stylus
The iCooly iPad stylus is a tricky little booger; at first sight it appears to be a fine-point iPad stylus, but upon further examination, it’s actually a paintbrush looking stylus – that is far from accurate. The iCooly iPad status serves as both a capacitive and resistive touchscreen stylus, which is awesome, but too many iPad owners have bought this iPad stylus thinking that the resistive side of the iCooly iPad stylus would work on their iPad – but only the broad side will.
Dagi iPad Stylus
The Dagi stylus is by far one of the weirdest looking iPad styluses, but lots of iPad owners choose the Dagi because it has been said to be one of the most precise iPad styluses on the market. The Dagi iPad stylus’s tip is in the shape of a semi-transparent hook and while the Dagi looks like it’ll scratch the heck out of your iPad’s screen, it actually works as a capacitive touchscreen stylus. The problem with the Dagi iPad stylus is that the claims of thee Dagi’s superior accuracy are all rubbish. In order to use the Dagi, you’ll have to hold it at a weird angle and drawing with this thing is as accurate as drawing with a spoon.
