The Irish Mocha
Looking for the perfect after dinner drink to wash down your pumpkin pie? Try this drink on for size. You’ll need:
- Chocolate Syrup
- Bailey’s Irish Cream
- Whipped Cream
- Make a pot of your favorite coffee in advance and put it in the fridge to chill for a half hour.
- Mix one half milk and one half coffee. Stir to combine.
- While you continue stirring, add chocolate syrup to taste.
- Finish with one shot of Bailey’s Irish Cream (or two if you’re feeling celebratory.
- Top with whipped cream and serve.
