She’s usually hungry for fame no matter what, but Tila Tequila has been adamant that she doesn’t want her sex tape with an ex-fling to be released.
According to TMZ, a judge denied the “Shot At Love” star’s request for an injunction stopping the release of the XXX video made several years ago.
The court determined that Miss Tequila “exploits her sexuality” for publicity and claimed her lawyer, Alan Gutman, had failed to make a compelling case.
Tila feels the tape in question is an invasion of her privacy and a misappropriation of her image.
On Monday the reality star came out with the news that she was supposedly being extorted by a man who has a sex tape from her past.
The “A Shot at Love” chick told Radar that one of her ex-boyfriends is demanding she pay up or else he’ll release the x-rated video to the public.
Tila explained, “He said he’ll put out the tape unless I pay him $75,000. He has the audacity to not only betray me with the love that I had for him, but to use that to exploit me and hurt me.”
“This is extortion and my lawyers are fully aware and are fighting back by filing an injunction against him. I will make sure he goes to jail for this. My lawyer worked on that case. So ex-lover, you better hold onto that sex tape because that’s the only sex you’ll get to watch once you’re sent to jail!”
