Juice can build your immune system while sick. Try to drink at least a cup every day. When you are sick with the flu, sometimes it is difficult to get your energy. Drinking juice will give you the necessary vitamins necessary.
Lemon is a wonder drug home remedy. Add the lemon juice to your hot tea to help your body heal quickly. Don’t be afraid to add a lot of lemon as lemon is antibacterial and can also act as an expectorant.
