The number one fact about the Ultimate Fighter 12 is Georges St.-Pierre and Josh Koscheck do not like each other. Both are great fighters; however there is only room for one champion in each weight division. Georges St.-Pierre is the champions in the UFC in the Welterweight division. Josh Koscheck will try to take his belt at UFC 124 on December 11, 2010. Until then, they will coach against each other on the Ultimate Fighter 12.
The fourteen fighters finally make it into the house. Bruce Lee-Roy tells some strange stories and some of the guys drink way too much. The next day, the fighters go to the gym to be picked by their new coaches. Georges St- Pierre makes a fake list to try to confuse Josh Koscheck. Dana White throws a coin to see who gets the choice. Josh Koscheck gets the choice. The first pick or the first fighter is at stake. Josh Koscheck picks Mark Stevens as his first pick. Georges St. Pierre’s strategy works. Georges St-Pierre picks Michael Johnson.

Dana White is happy that both coaches picked the best coaches around to work with the fighters. Now we go to where the fighters start their training for their upcoming fights. Georges St-Pierre promises to make the fighters better fighter by the end of the show. He says it is not about winning, it is about the fighters. Georges St-Pierre earns my respect.
Josh Koscheck talks about training his fighters. He wants to win the Ultimate Fighter 12. He talks about the great coaches he brought to work with his fighters. It looks like both coaches want their fighters to succeed. Josh Koscheck wants to prove UFC fans wrong. He is not just a bad-boy; he is a good fighter who wants to prove his abilities to all UFC fans. Josh Koscheck team’s slogan is to win, win and win.
Georges St-Pierre chooses the first fight, Alex Caceres vs. Jeffrey Lentz. Both coaches are happy about the fight. Alex Caceres is known as Bruce Lee-Roy. He is a very interesting and fun fighter to watch. Both men have great standup. Jeffrey Lentz may have a better ground game. We will see in the fight.
The fight between Alex “Bruce Lee-Roy and Jeffrey Lentz is ready to begin. The two fighters step into the ring. Dana White tells us the fight will be two rounds unless it is a draw after the second round. If there is a draw, the fighters will fight a third round to see who wins the fight. .Round One
The fighters jump into the ring. Alex Caceres hits Jeffrey Lentz with a decent kick to the head. Alex is kicking Jeffrey with some soft kicks. Jeffrey Lentz kicks back and pushed Alex Caceres into the corner. He is trying to overpower Bruce Lee-Roy. He is trying to rough Alex up and throw him on the ground. He spends his time kneeing Alex and trying to throw him. The fight remains up and is boring. Alex Caceres has decent defense. He jumps on Jeffrey Lentz and tries to put him into a guillotine. The move fails and Jeffrey Lentz gets Alex to the ground. Alex Caceres quickly steps back up to his feet. He is quick and deceptive. With some training, Bruce Lee-Roy may turn out to be a great UFC fighter. Both men kick each other with meaningless kicks near the end of the round. Jeffrey Lentz may have won the round one with a judo throw at the end of the round.Round Two
The fighters come out for round two. Jeffrey Lentz is confident. Both fighters throw some more kicks. Jeffrey Lentz is more aggressive than Alex Caceres. Alex Caceres gets the back of Jeffrey Lentz, but Jeffrey reverses him and lands on top of Alex. Jeffrey throws a few punches and elbows to the head of Alex Caceres. There is not damage yet. Alex Caceres puts Jeffrey Lentz into a triangle and wins the fight with a tap out. Jeffrey Lentz was too quick to try to beat up Alex Caceres and forgets his defense. It was a good fight, but Alex Caceres surprises Jeffrey Lentz with the triangle. The fight was somewhat boring, but shows Alex Caceres is a decent fighter.
Dana White loves Bruce Lee-Roy and was happy to see him win. I believe Dana White may be seeing money signs over Alex Caceres head. The Ultimate Fighter 12 should continue to get better.
