Detroit men Jeremy Darnell Menifield, 22, and Andrew Vinnoy Davis, 22, each face two counts of breaking and entering a building with intent on September 21st. They are accused of entering two vacant homes on East Webster and Ardmore Street in Ferndale and ripping out the copper piping. Both are being held in Oakland County Jail and had a pre-exam conference on September 30th.
They have plead not guilty to each felony charge, according to the court spokesman.
The men were arrested in Beverly Hills when police found the piping in the back seat after they’d been pulled over for a traffic violation.
