You know you love the very thought of a free vacation, and so a new possibility that is open to you as a travel-lover is to become what is called a timeshare inspector.
There are people – people who hold timeshares for those big and beautiful condos – who just want everything to be perfect. What if you were that person? Before you buy into one of these places, you want to find out about it, to see if it is to your liking, right? Well, oftentimes the owners of these beautiful homes and condos will allow you to stay for free while you “inspect” it!
To do this, you have to be a very demanding prospective buyer. You want what you want – and so you need to state this to the real estate agent, owner, or whoever it is that’s offering this timeshare to you. You refuse to buy into anything unless you’ve actually tried it out, lived in it a bit. Most of the time, people are more than willing to let you do this.
When you are allowed to do this, take notes of the place. What do you honestly like about it, and what could use some improving? You especially want to have this concise list available to you when you speak to the person that has offered the place to you – so that you can let them know you’re just not interested (or perhaps you really are).
You can often find newspaper ads that offer beautiful timeshare locations, and you can use these to call and ask if they would allow you to “try it out” for a few days. Sound professional, and make sure to give them your personal background and situation – after all, people are not dumb and will find out if you are just simply trying to get a freebie here. While they may sound tempting, you do want to be an actual prospect. You never know… you may end up really falling in love with the place and buying into it! But in the meantime, enjoy your free little vacation!
