Walking and weight loss does not have to cost a lot of money or take a lot of time. Normally , a good diet ,combined with steady exercise of some kind will lead to a substantial weight loss. If you are like me, spending grueling hours at the gym is not going to work? I hate exercise, however I do like to walk. The key to continuing some form of exercise is to find something that you like to do.
