Red Wine Parings
Beef or dark cuts of chicken are excellent when pared with red wine. These meats are excellent for the fact that they have some fat in the meat, which brings out the flavor of the red wine.
Pinot Noir is a great wine, it has a dryness to it that is stunning when parred with beef or a dark cut of chicken. This wine is packed full of flavor from hints of floral and blackberries, depending on where the grape was grown. Since this grape is so difficult to grow, the wine may be somewhat more pricier than other wines.
