The Royal Oak Historical Society Museum located at 1411 West Webster will be featuring a World War II exhibit comprised of memorabilia including a U.S. Army Jeep, along with the Bronze Star and Purple Heart medals.
There will also be local artifacts from the war as numerous Royal Oak veterans or family members of those veterans have loaned out letters, uniforms, pictures and souvenirs from the war.
The exhibit will open on Tuesday, December 7th from 4-8PM and will feature a flag ceremony; the exhibit will continue to run until March 19th during regular business hours for the museum.
