The counties of Orange and San Bernardino in California are among the most style and fashion oriented in the country. I spend a great deal of time working on hair and have amassed some of the most important information from a variety of hair types and styles. Get ready, because here are the ten most important style and haircare tips I have to offer in my local practice.
10. Do not over wash your hair.
Don’t mistake having clean hair for having a healthy hair care practice. If you are washing your hair multiple times per day, you are stripping essential minerals and vitamins that keep your hair radiant and healthy.
9. Be gentle.
When you do wash, do so gently and carefully. Far too many people are forcing the early thinning of their hair because they a re being too rough with their washing. Be soft and thorough without ripping or tearing, it doesn’t feel good, and it wrecks the flow of the hair which is so heavily sought after in California.
8. Avoid heat and sun
People often wear sun protection on their skin and totally overlook the damage to their hair. Sun burning of the hair is also possible. Even dark pigments of brown and black can be affected by sun damage, which takes an awful long time to correct.
7. Brush often
One of the biggest style mistakes is the woman with many stray and dissident hair. Keep things in line with careful and prudent brushing.
6. Curl and straighten, if you must, on medium to low heat.
Again, heat is catastrophic to hair. The forced correction of hair to an unnatural style might be in vogue, but it is not in the natural best interest of your hair.
5. Go natural
Wearing a more natural style will prevent the long term care of your hair and scalp. Being natural with your hair is the best way to keep the composition thick and healthy. The more you process, the more you add to your routine which can be better spent on the rest of your appearance. Be proud of your natural hair, it is the only beauty that can not be bought for any price.
4. Avoid Dye
Dying your hair is artificially poisoning the overall health of your hair. Dye can damage the hair and the scalp and is not recommended by this hair stylist. People often overlook what is best for their health to favor a look, and I can not see a long term benefit here.
3. Cut periodically
If you experience crunchy tips and split ends, cut them out and start again. The best way is to start with healthy habits now and build on them in the future and watch the progression develop. A hair cut on a regular basis is a good way at maintaining a high quality of look and a fresh appearance.
2. Avoid the fingering of the hair constantly
Doing so toils, torques, and strains hair down to the follicle which can damage the hair. It’s a bad habit, break it. Its best to let it stand on its own.
1. Be proud of your look
Do not chase and covet the hair of others. caring for what you have develops confidence in your self and a comfort that can not be attained through the style of anyone but yourself. Appreciate what you have and make the best of it.
