The CW Network will begin its fall premiere week on September 8, 2010. It will be great to see my favorite CW shows like Smallville, One Tree Hill, and America’s Next Top Model return.
New shows Hell Cats and Nikita will also be premiering this fall. New stars joining the network include Maggie Q, Shane West, Lyndsy Fonseca, and Aaron Stanford on Nikita. Hell Cats stars Ashley Tisdale, Aly Michalka, Gail O’Grady, Sharon Leal (“Dreamgirls“), Matt Barr, Heather Hemmens, and Lewis Flynn. The pilot episode was written by Kevin Murphy.
The CW has new shows on right now, but only Plain Jane and Moonlight, all the other shows, right now are re-runs.
Plain Jane A new reality series that will transform a “Plain Jane” from the inside out, making her a new woman, with a new style and attitude. After “Jane” experiences a complete transformation, she will reveal her feelings to the guy she is crushing on. I like seeing love connections made. The show began airing on 8/18. Catch it Wednesdays at 9/8c.
Along with another new show called Moonlight on Thursdays at 9/8c. Moonlight is about an immortal, and blood-sucking private investigator who uses his supernatural powers to help people still alive. Mick was bitten and turned into a vampire over 60 years ago, and has protected the living ever since. Alex O’Loughlin of “The Holiday” plays Mick St. John. Check out the video preview.

10 Reasons to Watch
1 One Tree Hill and Smallville are just some of the best programming that The CW puts out. The story lines have been going for years, and fans are really anticipating their return. Super powers, kryptonite, love triangles, sex, scandals, overcoming and coping, and chasing dreams – makes for good TV. As a fan myself, I am eager to see what happens next.
2 I am interested to see Tyra Banks return for cycle 15 of America’s Next Top Model. Each season keeps me interested with the high fashion glamor and go-sees as potential models compete for their chance to earn a modeling contract. Fourteen models with be competing to have their career launched. The winner will also get a spread in Vogue Italia, contracts with IMG Models and Covergirl, and merchandise from Covergirl. Meet the contestants that will be appearing on cycle 15.
3 New shows are premiering like Nikita and Hellcats. And new shows mean new stars, which is always a good thing.
4 My favorite channel to watch is the CW Network. Almost every show on their network is excellent, so I have high hopes for the new shows that they select.
5 90210 and Gossip Girl are returning and I am thrilled. Both shows have shown much potential and the story lines stay fresh and focused. I can’t wait to see what happens next.
6 The variety. The CW has the biggest variety in the programming. Where else can you find fresh story lines, vampires, supernatural events, spoiled rich kids learning a lesson, and constant drama that is still entertaining. No where.
7 It’s always entertaining. There is always something worth watching on this channel, and they continue to replenish the network. Although, I hope they bring back Melrose Place.
8 Life Unexpected has added a new dimension to their somewhat typical lineup.
9 No other network can compete with The CW.
10 Watch because it’s just good TV.
