Are you stressed out? Do you need some ways to help get rid of your stress? Here is a list of tips to help reduce the stress in your life.
1. Exercise -Go out and get some exercise. Exercise will not only make you feel better, but it will help release endorphins that make you feel better.
2. Get a massage -A relaxing massage and back rub will make you feel better and can take your mind off of the stress in your world.
3. Watch a movie -Get lost in a movie. You can take your mind off the stressful think in your life just by watching a movie at home or going to the theater.
4. Listen to music -Listen to a little music to help you get focused and take your mind off things.
5. Get a hobby -Do something that you love that’s not stressful.
6. Walk around -Get up and walk around. Go to a mall to browse, or walk around the block as exercise.
7. Go shopping -Shopping really helps a lot of people deal with stress. Make sure you are not overspending and getting behind on your payments as this can cause more stress.
8. Get something to eat -Eating is a good way to make anyone feel good. Get up and make something or order out so that you can feed your cravings.
9. Get plenty of rest -Make sure you get plenty of rest. It will make you less irritable and stressed.
10. Slow down -If you are always on the go, then you need to take a minute for yourself and slow down. Take a break from your normal hussle and bussle. This way you can catch up.
11. Get a manicure/pedicure -Kind of like the massage, this can be very relaxing, and a very good was to take the mind off of things.
12. Medication – Some medications (of course prescribed) are great for reducing stress. If you are in this boat, then be open to the medication as it can be very helpful.
13. Get rid of those things affecting your stress -If you know what’s causing you the stress, and then get rid of it out of your life. Finish that class, ignore that comment, or project so that it’s off your mind for good.
14. Learn to not worry -Try to find ways to worry about things less. If you can tech yourself to not take things so seriously then you can get rid of a lot of stress immediately.
