Studies have shown that people who eat nuts on a regular basis, tend to be thinner then people that don’t. Your body needs a certain amount of fat. Nuts contain natural fat, and omega 3 fatty acids, which are very healthy. Since nuts have healthy fats they will keep you full longer.
Tomatoes cause the production of carnitine. Carnitine speeds up the bodies metabolism by one third. The higher your metabolism is, the more fat you will burn.
Beans are very high in fiber and protein. Fiber will fill you up and prevent hunger. Fiber also moves fat through your digestive system faster. The faster fat moves through your digestive system the better, because your body will absorb less fat.
Seeds remove fat-soluble toxins that become lodged in the bodies fatty tissues. Seeds also contain plenty of fiber, and vitamins.
Fish such as tuna, salmon, and sardines, contain large amounts of Omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 fatty acids change levels of leptin, which highly influences your bodies metabolism, and prevents your body from storing fat.
