It’s more like “secrets,” but I don’t believe that there are such secrets, just the lack of knowledge of what our bodies need and how it works.
I want to share with you really some basic principals that have always existed and in matter of fact if you’re at all religious, by that I mean you read the bible then I’m sure you may have read some passages about health.
If you’re at all like me, than you want simple effective things that you can start doing right now, and start feeling results in a matter of hours.
Here are some of the basic needs that all humans have, our need to:
Okay, I’ll cover each very briefly and in basic terms, in the way they all relate to our bodies and mind.
We all get hungry so we need to eat, but our food needs to be alive and whole; you need to consume more vegetables and fruits preferably organic.
We all get thirsty so we need to drink; you need to drink more water as much as you can throughout the day, not sodas, juice, beer the likes.
We all get tired so we need to either rest or sleep; you need to make sure that you get all the rest that you need.
We all get restless so we need to move; you need to make sure that you get enough movement in your life, through exercise; where your whole body comes into play.
Great ways to do this is cardio, walking, running, jugging, going for a bike ride.
All these are basic functions of our bodies that need to me done and taken care of on a regular basis preferably daily, in order to have a healthy overall body experience.
You need to realize that your body is intended to be naturally healthy. That it’s perfectly natural to feel good all the time.
The most important sign that your body is not okay and is not in a state of well being like it’s suppose to is when you start feeling bad, tired, getting sick, anything that doesn’t feel good is a sign.
The other thing is that most “diseases” start from the inside out, that’s why you need to make sure that you are doing the basics that I have shared with you on a daily basis.
Just doing these will not only improve many of your current “diseases” like your complexion, acne, stiff joints, joint pain, tiredness, and feeling depressed, but your overall experience will be so much better.
Remember you are the one in control of your body and the one that feel the good and the bad, so if I were you I would do everything that made me feel good physically and mentally as much as possible.
