I am a big fan of chocolate creme pie. When I saw Edwards Singles Chocolate Creme Pie in the frozen desserts section of my local Dollar store, I was intrigued. I decided to purchase it, try it out and write an unbiased product review all about my personal experience with it. Here is what I discovered!
I purchased Edwards Singles Chocolate Creme Pie for only one dollar. That low price is affordable. This item is perfect for a single serving quick serve dessert. I love many of the Edwards brand of frozen desserts. They are usually affordable and very tasty. I discovered that Edwards Singles Chocolate Creme Pie is made with Hershey’s brand chocolate and I was delighted by that fascinating fact, since I love many Hershey brand candies and products. I could not wait to taste this pie!
Edwards Singles Chocolate Creme Pie is so easy to serve. It comes frozen and you can serve it right from the freezer, if you like a very stiff, firm and chilled pie. You can also allow it to sit in the refrigerator for just 30 minutes and serve. It will then have a softer texture. I decided to place my slice of pie in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then serve. This pie looks so good. It’s presentation is beautiful. Lots of decorated whipped cream topping on top with bits of Hershey’s chocolate sprinkled on it. The pie filling is a blend of chocolate, creme and cream cheese. It has a fabulous flavor of a sort of chocolate cheesecake and is delicious. The crust is also chocolate, tasting like a cross between chocolate graham crackers and chocolate cookies. Oh, this treat is so yummy!
I loved Edwards Singles Chocolate Creme Pie and I rate it five stars out of five stars. It is perfect, in my opinion. The single serving slice is a perfect size. It is filling and makes a wonderful chocolate dessert. So easy, fast and affordable. The layers of creme and chocolate filling are marvelous. I will add here that this dessert does have a slight cream cheese taste, so do be aware of that. This slice of pie comes in an easy to open box. You can eat it right from the box with no problem. There is a picture of this slice of pie on the front of the box and it looks exactly like the product. Lots of chocolate. Yum.
