I struggled with many different weightloss plans trying to find the one that actually does work. I have tried gyms, but excercising in front of people that are size zero made me feel out of place and even worse about myself. I have tried diet drinks. They tasted horrible and did not seem to show even the slightest amount of a drop in my weight. I tried diet pills, but I ended up gaining more weight after them.
The excercise routine I found that works for me is that I walk for 30 minutes in the morning. When I finish my walk, I come home and do the video for the day from my P90x. After that, I use the treadmill for anout 15 minutes. While I am at work, I try to do atleast 15 minutes of office cleaning. While I am cleaning the office, I will find ways of containing factors such as bending and stretching into my cleaning.
Once I finish work, I try to get in another 15 minute walk on the treadmill before I start to study for school. I found that I have lost more than five pounds each week since I started doing this. I know that you are probably thinking that you do not ahve the time to do all of this, but if you are as desperate as I was to lose weight, it is the best plan that I have found so far that shows realistic results.
This work-out plan may be something that you would have to build yourself up to. I started with only one 15 minute walk and slowly built up from there. You need to find the minute combination that works for your body. I know that there are many people out there with leg and back problems. Those people would need to get doctor advice before even starting a physically demanding excercise routine.
