In this guide, I will show you how to design your menu’s background in Allstar DVD Photo Slideshow. When you are finished with the photo part of your photo slideshow, you will need to continue on to create your menu. The first step to creating your menu is creating the background section of it. To get started, you will need to load your menu section of Allstar DVD Photo Slideshow. You can load the menu section by clicking the Design Menu tab at the top of the program.
Selecting Your Menu’s Background in Allstar DVD Photo Slideshow
After you have loaded your menu section, you will need to select the background that you want to use. You have two options when it comes to creating your background. Option one is to use one of the backgrounds provided in this program. Option two is to use a background of your own. I will show you how to do both.
To use one of the backgrounds in the program, you can scroll through the backgrounds on the right. When you find a background you want to use, you can double click the background and it will be applied to your menu. You will see a preview of it in the left side of your program. If you want to use another background, you can double click another one. Continue doing this until you find the background you want to use as your menu.
If you want to use your own image for a background, follow these steps. At the bottom of the background box, you will see the Add button. Click this button and a box of folders will open. In the box, you will need to search your computer for the image you want to use. Once you locate the image, double click it and it will load in the background panel. From there, you will need to find it in the background panel and double click it to apply it to the menu.
When you are finished, you can continue with the next part of the photo slideshow. You can continue to follow along with my other guides to create your photo slideshow in Allstar DVD Photo Slideshow.
